These powders were my get-go purchase from the member-just site Haute Wait. If y'all want to check information technology out, follow this invite link: http://www.hautelook.com/short/3CkaV and sign up!They accept really smashing beauty deals (and other bang-up stuff) every solar day! They also take and iPad app which I find to exist actually handy. I have since purchased two other things from them that I volition talk about later. Yous really get a proficient bargain on this stuff. I got each of these for $5! Check it out!

Anyways, I was a piddling surprised when I got these. Start of all, I live on the due east coast and Haute Look is on the due west coast then shipping took forever. I don't heed though because you never know when your package is going to come (awesome surprise) and the prices are and then good. The 2d surprise was the color. (For the record, I practice not blame Haute Look in any mode for this. This was all the fault of Mattese Aristocracy. I checked their website and the pictures were inaccurate at that place also). The pictures of the products were nothing like the colors I received. Purple Haze was darker than it looked on the site, Glitzy is bronze when on the site it looked similar a champagne, and Kaleidoscope appeared to be a low-cal brown when in truth it'southward a rust with green duo-chrome. I do similar the colors that I received, only I feel like I would enjoy them that much more if I had received the colors I idea I was going to receive.

Anyways, on to the review. These products are similar to MAC pigments (non quite the aforementioned quality wise only very similar). The deviation in packaging is that these have a plastic sifter on them. This does not hateful that the powder will be prevented from spilling everywhere if yous permit them free in a travel pocketbook. These powders are all-time stored in an upright position to ensure cleanliness (I wish someone had forewarned me!). You also really need to use a primer with these or wear them moisture. When swatched, it is easy to only rub the colors off.

Purple Haze is a very pretty deep imperial with blue, purple, and silver micro glitter. This shade would look nice dusted very lightly over the lid, used more than concentrated in the crease or the outer chapeau, or used wet equally a liner.

Kaleidoscope is probably the most difficult to pull off but the nearly fascinating to await at. Every bit I said earlier, it is a rust color with a greenish duo-chrome. It has green and blueish micro glitter. As a lid color it would probably exist best for a night time look or on nighttime skin tones. For the mean solar day time it makes a nice outer lid or pucker color.

Glitzy is a very bright bronze with gold micro glitter. It is probably the nigh wearable of the bunch, but you demand to be careful when applying it or everything will terminate up mode too bronzed. This is definitely a hat color though.

I'thousand not blown away past these products but I like them. I'm not certain I would buy any more of these unless they were $5 once more. I definitely won't trust the colour options though.
